Bates Manufacturing LLC is a family owned business that has dedicated itself to serving the photoengraving industry. With an experienced and knowledgeable technical staff, combined with a inventory of photoengraving machine parts, we can supply any customer's need.
We’ve custom-built etching machines for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the Bureau of Engraving (U.S. Treasury Department), American Greetings, American Bank Note and Excelsior Process and Engraving, just to name a few.
We are an international supplier of photoengraving machines for customers worldwide. Our machines are being used in Russia, Taiwan, South Africa, China, Turkey, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Scotland, and Spain.
Our Equipment Manufacturing facility offers complete turnkey photoengraving operations which include fabrication of all Stainless Steel, PVC, Polypropylene or Titanium sinks, ventilation hoods, tanks and tables. With our skilled staff we will deliver and install the etching equipment and train you if necessary, in any of the etching processes.
